Everything unbroken! Runs felt pretty good....I could have done more reps at the end but I wasted time marking off a round at the end instead of heading out the door! Grrr! I kept losing my balance on the hang squat snatches because the weight was so light...so I slowed down a bit to not lose form....worked on some clusters and deadlift burpees afterwards! Ready for Femme Royale tomorrow!!!
