125# HPC were easy peasy!! No back pain at all! did 5-4 then 6 then 3. could've done the first 9 unbroken, but wasn't sure how I would be for the rest of the WOD. burpees were slow because I'm still easing into them again. did band muscle ups and had to change my bands a few times :/
