I was so ready to celebrate the fact that I PR'd my push press and then realized I forgot my 3fuel and I just about broke down and cried!! But now that I'm home and fed and sane again...OMG!!! I PR'd MY PUSH PRESS!!! The weight felt like it was flying up and it felt really good! So excited I never push pressed more than 155...hit this with Giermaine! I love working out with her it always makes me want to push harder and keep up with her...felt like I had a lot more in me....I like doing the 2 rep deadlift EMOM much better than the 3 rep....something about that 3rd rep...it's a killer!
