It was nice to have company today for these 20 min. Tried to keep up with Sean. Finished my 5th round right at 10 minutes. I felt the biggest slowdown on the runs for the 2nd half, really focused on POSE for the 1st 10 min. T2B unbroken 1st round, 5/2, then mostly 4/3. Walking lunges without any pauses until about the 7th round.
