i HATE working out at 8am, but it's the only time I can come. so sleepy, everything hurts, no strength, no energy. nothing. I ran 200m each time though! legs didn't want to do pose after the 3rd round. did 10 toes to bat for the first 5 rounds...UGH. oh well. at least I came and did it even though I didn't want to! toes to bar actually felt good.
