Notes

Team WOD @ BOTB -- I did all 20 deadlifts for the first 3 rounds, went into 5 front squats on rounds 2 & 3. Shannon and Erik primarily did the front squats (I did 12 on the 4th round), Dustin did most of the S2O (I did 5 on one round, and Shannon and Erik did some sets also), and Dustin/Shannon/Erik split the burpees since the lateral jump w/180 would have been too hard on my ankle. We finished 5 rounds even just before time was up.
