My body is officially pooped outtttt! Haha I was breaking up pull ups into 2's & 3's, could'nt even hold onto the bar anymore. Doing this after the emom was hilarious. Like. Why. xD Didn't know if I had to burp or barf after the workout. Can't wait to rest after Battle lol!
