Notes

Really tired today...I have not been getting a lot of sleep these last few days...beginning of the school year is always super busy! I died on the last round! OHS were unbroken...power snatched the weight up and did my squats, burpees were steady but very tiring on that last round. I did Push jerks for the shoulder to overhead....unbroken first 2 rounds then had to break up the 3rd round...t2b just got tiring as the WOD went on...started each round with a set of 4 or 5 then just chipped away afterwards....so glad I'm taking off tomorrow....maybe I can get some sleep!!
