Really stoked on this, felt way more consistent with my runs than I thought I would! Unbroken Muscle ups and HPS easy. Per Jona's tried to focus big time on executing the reps as perfectly as possible and improving efficiency. 200m splits: 0:57 / 0:58 / 1:01 / 1:02 / 0:56.
