Just me again, with my personal trainer :) Squat snatched the 1st rep each round, and all OHS unbroken... Burpee box jumps were slow but never stopped... unbroken push jerks all 3 rounds, and successfully kept high elbows... T2B 6/3/3, 4/4/4, and 3/3/2/2/2. Completely lost my kip on the last round... Round splits 2:28, 5:56, 9:01 (2:28, 3:28, 3:05)
