Not exactly what I wanted, was going for ten but slowed down tremendously in the second round. Hate box jumps but as long as I kept moving they weren't to bad. Push jerks were smooth and unbroken each round. toes to bar tried to string 4-5 together to start then sets of two the rest. Had nothing left in the shoulders to pull back. "FUN"...... Liked all the different movements though. Overhead squat strong and smooth all the way through, mean stronger core!!!
