Did pull ups instead of muscle ups...these slowed me down...did the first 2 rounds in 5/4 and the last 3 rounds in 5/3/1....snatches were unbroken and runs were pretty decent.....gotta get better at pullups...Perry says I'm getting better so I'm just going to keep trusting the process and keep working hard!
