Static Hangs shoulder still says "no way" to strict pull-ups. Did this to get an idea if there was any way I could do the Hot Shot Memorial WOD on 8/30. It's looking to me like Hot Shots is out of the question. Going to give it 1 more week and then make final decision. Air Squats unbroken : Deadlifts first 10 T&G from then on all singles: Hangs still a little dis-comfort: Runs slow but no stops no walks.
