Almost had 3 rounds! This was hard! I was very tired today from the work week but this would have been tough even if I wasn't tired! After the box jumps I really didn't want to pick up the kettlebell....I stood at the top of the box jumps to make sure I was opening my hips....hspu felt great and lunges were a grind...this one wore me out! I am super exhausted! Good WOD!
