warmed up at 195#. made sure to rise with chest & keep good form. no knee pain after this wod (did push press after this). used a belt. stopped at 230 due to 3 weeks off & added rep from previous deadlift wod, which were 2 per min . warm up. GM35#/T2B/Push/Pull purple 1&2 13/6/13/6 3-13/6/13b/6b
