Everything on the barbell unbroken. 10 front squats right to push press/push jerk. Tired me out pretty badly and ended up going really slow on runs. Gnarly workout right after doing heavy squats. Went out pretty hard to get a lead and wasted energy. Gotta push yourself and others sometimes. Slowest 800m run was 5:12... #kinnick
