The first day of the zone challenge (30 Days for me) and already feeling teh negative effects of the first two weeks that Jona was talking about. Needless to say this was not a good wod for me. Shout out to Ethan for talking me through it and reminding me that my mind is so much stronger than my body. Time to re-tune and listen to mind over matter. I know I can improve and this is only the first day of many #determination #humble #fighter
