Notes

Did this as a 20 Minute EMOM. Minute 1: 3 Touch&Go Squat Cleans. Minute 2: 1 Power Clean + 3 Jerks. Minute 3: Rest. Squat cleans felt weak, but linked them straight to the ground, no stopping at the hips. Power Clean was easy, linked straight into the Jerks from the catch of the power clean. Linked all Jerks right from bringing it down. no pause. those were the easiest part haha. Back started lighting up towards the end though.
