This felt good! Bar work was unbroken....DU were unbroken but I tripped once on rounds 2 &3....tried to keep up with Maine on this one! Went a little slower on the lunges but I felt like I had the energy and the motor to push through without stopping! I feel my endurance getting better! Did running class afterwards!
