PRRRR!!!!! Thank goodness for Jake and his magical coach skills! Squat cleans are soo much better I might actually have a chance with this CrossFit thing after all ahaha. Last complex I couldn't string together! 2 failed hangs of 110 after the full squat clean, had to do the hang separately. 95# felt impossible 2 weeks ago, now it's my warmup. :")))
