did this at home, 1pm 97 degrees - not such a good idea perhaps. runs were slow, walked part of round 2 and half of round 3. burpees were crazy slow also. push press 6-5-5-5 for 2 rounds, then 10-6-5. Been awhile since ive done one Rx'd -so happy about that and LOVE my new barbell!!
