Runs actually felt okay... Still tried to pace myself.. but didn't feel as bad as I usually do.. Push presses were good.. need to remember to push my head through.. Did sets of 10/11.. Lateral burpees were slow.. Felt okay.. shoulders sore from yesterday's EMOM. :/
