Pretty excited going in to this. Felt good, but didn't push the weight for the knee. The knee is acting up slightly, so I taped it up. On 65# I did all three, but the weight rolled my shoulders back. Dropped it and did 55# at the last round to keep it simple. Warm up - Blue/Blue Pullups 4-5 each round. 10/13/14 squats. 5 pushups on the rings, and consistent Knee Raises.
