I got handled haha. Hands were hurting on the pull ups. Barbell was no biggie. First round went 8 kipping & 7 chest to bar then 4 & 2 bar muscle ups. Normally I kill it on the pull up bar. Didn't want to rip my hands. Nick crushed it!! #kinnick
