Notes

Forearms are blown UP right now!!! First time doing a heavy DT... I only have a big bar at home and metal plates so throwing on 25# plates and trying to deadlift was a bit different than using bumper plates....I was so afraid that the bar was going to go flying out of my hands on the hang power cleans....first round I did everything unbroken then I started with 8 deadlifts and then did my 9th deadlift and went unbroken from there...the jerks were push jerks...took too long of a rest in between rounds but I totally underestimated how tired my forearms would get....did some accessory work on the lats afterwards....rest day tomorrow!!! #looklikealady #trainlikeabeast
