Did this alone at the PD, 6 am... I wanted to WOD before going to the CF Games so I don't feel like such a schlump, haha :) Brutal WOD! Did muscle cleans 13/8, 10/8, 9/6, 8/4, 9, 6, 3... Front squats 11/10, 10/8, 8/7, 6/6, 5/4, 6, 3... DB snatch is usually my bread & butter, but felt slow on those today. Just hard to breathe.
