Wanted to do this so bad RX'd, but tore my hand during the warm-up and really let it get to me on the T2B.. Need to not be such a baby and man up.. :/ Was able to do first round of KBS unbroken and then broke-up the rest of the others...**Need to remember not to bend my knees to much.. only a very partial bend to be able to pop and drive the KB up quicker.. Burpees slowed me down of course.. Did knees to chest instead.. next time doing T2B for sure... ripped or not..
