3 rounds + 21 Kettlebell Swings + 7 Burpees | 163 reps | Rx'd 0.089 rounds
Did this one 9 months ago. Only did 4 reps better, but still feeling worn out from having been sick... KBS unbroken rounds 1-3, then 10/11 for 4th round... burpees were steady, but by no means fast... T2B were 5/4 for 1st round, then 4/3/2. Had to pause at the bottom of each rep, couldn't swing the kip :[
