Did this one 9 months ago. Only did 4 reps better, but still feeling worn out from having been sick... KBS unbroken rounds 1-3, then 10/11 for 4th round... burpees were steady, but by no means fast... T2B were 5/4 for 1st round, then 4/3/2. Had to pause at the bottom of each rep, couldn't swing the kip :[

  • Again with this nasty burpee/T2B combo, lower back was >:[ KBS unbroken rounds 1-2, then 11/10 for rounds 3-4 (just couldn't hold on, forearms were burning)... burpees steady and never stopped... T2B 5/2/2 for 1st round, then all over the place after that

  • Exact same score as 4 years ago 😣 ugggh. Had 32 seconds to push it for those last 7 burpees... 2 small but painful tears made it painful to hold onto the bar during warmup, so 1st WOD wearing grips... KBS unbroken all 4 rounds. Steady burpees. Still couldn’t kip the T2B during the workout (5/3/1, 5/4, 4/3/2)... alone at home, almost 10 pm again 😕
