Had 32 seconds to push it for those last 7 burpees... 2 small but painful tears made it painful to hold onto the bar during warmup, so 1st WOD wearing grips... KBS unbroken all 4 rounds. Steady burpees. Christina RiveraDid this one 9 months ago. Only did 4 reps better, but still feeling worn out from having been sick... KBS unbroken rounds 1-3, then 10/11 for 4th round... burpees were steady, but by no means fast... T2B were 5/4 for 1st round, then 4/3/2.
