7 hip extension, 1 muscle up, 5 hang power snatch @ 70#. I DID MUSCLE UPS! I did one before class, one in round one and then failed on the dip for 3 so I decided one was enough. got one on my second round and then switched to one purple band for round 3 and 4. my stupid dips are so weak. i got up there super easy, but failed on the dip :/ time for poppers and band muscle up work again! hang power snatch was fast and unbroken.
