Did 70lbs instead of 45....everything unbroken...I repeat EVERYTHING that includes my pull ups! Soooo excited! This is my first WOD EVER where all my pull ups were unbroken...the 7 felt great! Didn't rip and my grip didn't tire out! Soooo excited! I was only expecting to get 3 rounds because I thought I would have to break my pull ups into 2 sets...but not today! BOOM!!!
