Still have a bit of a head cold, but feeling better today... 1st round of du's unbroken, but 2nd/3rd rounds were 3-4 small sets (no endurance)... Power cleans: 10/2 into PP for 1st round, then 6/5/1 into PP for 2nd/3rd rounds... Push press unbroken rounds 1-2, wussed out and did 5/4 last round... round splits were 1:16, 2:21, 2:35
