I BANGED THE BAR AGAINST THE RIG on round 5....should have been 3 reps but lost my tightness and air to continue the rep. Went down on the last round....i think i started too heavy actually..Got stuck at 170; knew if i went up, i wouldn't be able to rep it. Goal is 185. Next time, start with less weight.
