Two words....HECK YA!!! PR City baby!!! Not only did I finally shoulder press 115# but I hit it for all 3 reps and it felt soooo easy! Poppers are paying off!!! Strength class is where it's at! Getting stronger! Now I'm ready for my day!!! I think it was all the excitement from deciding to do BOTB! Boom baby!!!
