Very happy with this! I told myself to run hard and that was the mentality I had going through this whole WOD....I refused to let myself slow down and didn't take any breaks...I came right in from the run and went straight to the bar and did my deadlifts and walking lunges unbroken...going to keep pushing hard! Gotta get faster!
