Nasty workout! Hit this with DOB, started out a little safe and had enough in the tank to blast through the 9-6-3 pretty fast. Felt pretty good and happy with how the front squats felt. Brought the dumbbell to the ground every time before switching hands which was dumb, realized after I should have switched as I brought it down.
