Thanks Ethan for instilling fear in me!! I went into this feeling pretty scared, lol!! I almost didn't go prescribed but at the very last moment I said "ah what the heck" Just told myself to think about my form. Power Cleans 7-7-7, 6-6-6, 5-5-5, 7-5,9, 6, 3. Front Squats 7-7-7, 6-6-6-, 5-5-5, 7-5, 9, 6, 3. DBS were very hard, just tried to grind them out (chipping away) these took up most of my time. The hardest round was the 15s, had a mini melt down and felt like stoping..
