WOW this WOD was NO JOKE!!! PC were solid and in big sets. FSqts got nasty...broke those up from jump and tried to stay on them. Dbell Stch were ok and broke those up. What a tough workout but freakn awesome at the same time!!!! #BOOM #Dale #gettingright #thankful #blessed
