So close to prescribed! Lower back killlllllaaaahhhhh! Broke up PCs: 10-11, 9-9, 6-6-2, 4-4-4, 6-3, 6, 3. Front squats were broken up a bit less. All snatches except round 12 unbroken. All my rests were cause my lower back felt like a brick haha. Bending down for the snatches were prob the hardest part. Should've used a belt x)
