Only got about 4-5 hours of sleep last night....friends came over and we stayed up really late...so I was very tired this morning! went slow and stead on the db snatches did the power clean and front squats in 15/6, 13/5, 10/5, 8/4 then 9/6/3 were unbroken....this was a burner!!! My legs may NEVER forgive me for this....but I'm glad I did it!
