Notes

Box jumps were slow and steady and stepped over for each. I knew pull-ups were going to be tough, so I just tried to not let go of the bar and even got the first 7 unbroken. Ripped in 3 different places, once per round. Hang squat cleans were easy after the heavy lifts--rhythm improved at the end.
