Was looking forward to hitting this one but struggled to breathe on it and ended up doing 3 rounds and taking two 1 minute breaks after each round. The humidity broke me off... Did this at CrossFit Conquest in Ft. Lauderdale. Very cool gym. Hard to breathe and sweating like a savage beast! Good stuff. #kinnick
