I did burpee pull ups instead of the muscle ups....double unders were unbroken every round except for the first when I tripped on rep 28...my DUs are sooo much better!!! I noticed that I'm doing my DUs unbroken more often in WODs...Push jerks were quick and unbroken and burpee pull ups were done with jumping pull ups instead of kipping although towards the end my jump wasn't getting me as high hahaha...good WOD!
