Runs felt like a hobble on my bum leg. Barbell lunges & thrusters unbroken all rounds. Popped the bar over my head right into thrusters for rounds 1-2, then dropped the bar between movements after that. Came in from the last run with 5 seconds left, made myself pick up the bar for at least 1 more rep. ** Woke up with a migraine setting in, and my emergency 3Fuel pre-WOD replacement (whey protein/blueberry/almond shake) didn't sit as well as I'd hoped :[
