Bah.... did this solo at the PD, 5 min after the EMOM. Power snatches were super light, just no gas. Felt like I had an empty tank right from the start... Du's still aggravate the lower leg, each round was 3 sets. PS in 3's. T2B 5/4, 5/2/2, 4/3/2.
