Partner WOD with Nick at the PD. We couldn't decide on a Hero WOD, so we did the "It's freaking 4th of July" WOD on the whiteboard :) We did 500m row each to start (rowed together), then split 100 reps of each movement in half. Did burpees, push press, and abmat sit-ups in 10's, and did push-ups in 5's. Got my sets of 5 unbroken til we hit 70, then did 3/2. Finished with a 4-floor stair climb each, tag team. Row was 2:05, started stair climb at 19-something.
