Did this outside with Perry & Nick. It was a midline crusher. I really liked it though. After round 1 I did my power clean & hang squat clean in singles but transitioned really fast. Did 9 deadlift then dropped it and did the 10th then a hang power clean then walked. Good workout for me. Splits were - 1:08, 1:37, 1:59, 1:45, 1:54, 1:55, 2:07, 2:11
