i'm on restriction from using my knee (can't do anything that bothers it or hurts it) so I did 15 abmat sit ups, 12 hang/muscle cleans @ 65# and 9 push ups. all sit ups and cleans fast and unbroken. died on push ups. shoulders were dead from the cleans.
