this was difficult today. no energy at all & felt dizzy after. been eating well & no brews for 8 days so no excuses there. heat? eat something before? power clean form was not very good, very little pop bring the bar up. 7/5, 4/4/4, 4/4/4. Push were 5/4 all rounds. box jumps were 15, 5/5/5, 5/5/5. reverse warm up GM35#/Abmat/Push/Pull purple 16/16/16/7 x 2 16/16/16b/7b 3. tried a few t2b, shoulders still really tight. also a bit of low back pain.
