Did this in front of the gym with 2 x 45# plates and holding 2 x 20# dbs. Walked down to the end of the sidewalk turned around came back up to the gate and turned around then back to the front of the gym. Did 2 trips of that then walked it back up to the gate and to the back door. Brutal. Had good pop on each step. Gotta keep mixing it up.
