used one red and one blue band, pull ups were good. i pulled hard and brought my chin up high. over head was hard the first round, couldn't rest the bar on by shoulders so the rest of the rounds i held the bar and it was easier. because my wrist were hurting especially the left one. run went well, tiring but didn't really rest. then after the workout i rowed around 500 m and practiced toes to bar.
